We are looking for cooperation with accommodation providers. We will create a website with a booking system for your apartment, guest house or other accommodation, and we will participate in its operation and advertising according to the chosen package.

Website, booking system and management

5% commission after bookings

We build your accommodation website in the design of our current site, provide hosting, manage the agreed content, and promote it. We charge a 5% commission on bookings. Settlement is based on the bookings and fees recorded in the integrated booking system.

Important: no change of package in the first year.

If you choose this commission-based cooperation, you cannot switch to either the 700 USD or the 1,000 USD package for 1 year from the start of the cooperation.

We create your accommodation website in this design using your images, text, and contact details. The 700 USD price includes the first year of hosting, AGS support, and placement in our own banner network. In this package, we do not charge a commission for bookings.

03 / YOUR HOSTING, INDEPENDENT OPERATION

We create, install, and hand it over

1,000 USD one-time development and installation fee

We create the website, install it with the hosting provider of your choice, and hand it over in full. After delivery, you are responsible for operating the site and no ongoing management agreement applies.

Creation of the website with a reservation system and the agreed content.
Installation with your chosen hosting provider.
Handover of the website and the information required to manage it.
No booking commission.

Hosting, maintenance, subsequent modifications and advertising are then your responsibility. Continuous AGS management and banner advertising are not part of this package.

01 / STORAGE AND OPERATION

Along with a technical background.

We provide hosting for the website, manage the site and take care of agreed updates. That way, you don't have to organize the daily operation of the website separately.

02 / AGS

We are developing an online presence.

With the support of the Autonomous Growth System, we work on the content development and search visibility of the website. The goal is to make it easier for guests to find and get to know the accommodation.

03 / BANNER NETWORK

Additional appearance options.

The accommodation will appear in our own banner network, from which interested parties can access your website. We agree the details of the appearance and the advertising materials together.

04 / COOPERATION

Your accommodation, joint work.

You provide authentic pictures, current prices, available times and information about the accommodation. We build our web presentation and communication on these.

We are working on improving online visibility, but we do not promise specific booking numbers, income or search engine ranking.

BOOKING AND SETTLEMENT

A booking system is included in every package.

We include a booking system in the accommodation website, keeping guest reservations and the data required for management in one clear register instead of separate messages.

01 / BOOKING DATA

Booking details and fees.

We record the arrival and departure, the chosen room or apartment, the number of guests, the necessary contact information and the fee associated with the reservation.

02 / BOOKING STATUS

Track every booking status.

Confirmations, changes, cancellations, and completed stays can be tracked. Under the agreed terms, these statuses are also reflected in the settlement.

03 / COMMISSION PACKAGE

A verifiable basis for the 5% settlement.

For the first package, the booking system provides a verifiable summary for each reservation and the 5% commission settlement. We agree on the exact calculation basis and settlement period in advance.

04 / PACKAGES WITHOUT COMMISSION

Booking management without commission.

The second and third packages also include a booking system without booking commission. Under the third package, it runs on your chosen hosting after handover.

BOOKING.COM CONNECTION

Booked dates can be synchronized automatically.

The booking system we create can be connected to Booking.com. Supported two-way synchronization keeps booked dates aligned between your own website and Booking.com, removing the need to enter them manually in both systems.

If a reservation is received on one interface, the availability of the other interface is also updated via the connection. This makes calendar management easier and helps reduce the risk of overlapping bookings.

The connection requires a supported Booking.com connection available to the accommodation and its appropriate settings. We will discuss the solution and possible service provider fees in advance. The update frequency depends on the chosen connection, so the synchronization is not necessarily instantaneous.

03 / BEFORE WE BEGIN

Let's clarify the details in advance.

We discuss the features of the accommodation, the content of the site, the necessary functions and the booking process. In the case of commission-based cooperation, the basis of the commission, the settlement, the management of canceled reservations and the start date of the cooperation are recorded separately. We specify the tax content of the prices and any special fee requests in the individual offer.

The 1-year package switching restriction only applies to the first 5% commission scheme.
