This information shows what data we manage during contact, user accounts and the secure operation of the website.

1. The data controller

2. Contact Messages

Managed data: Name, e-mail address, optional phone number, subject of inquiry, message content, message identifier and time of receipt.
Goal: Responding to inquiries, preparing offers, maintaining contact and trackable management of history.
Legal basis: Steps prior to concluding a contract at the request of the data subject according to Article 6 (1) point b) of the GDPR; in the case of other inquiries, legitimate interest in answering and documenting the communication according to Article 6 (1) point f) of the GDPR.
Preservation: We keep the data for the time necessary to manage the relationship and possible business cooperation, or for the time required in the event of a legal requirement or mandatory retention. A deletion request can be fulfilled if there is no overriding legal obligation or legal claim.

3. Registration and user account

Managed data: Name, email address, secure salted print of password, email address confirmed status, one-time confirmation or reset code print, and session ID print.
Purpose and legal basis: Account creation, authentication, secure login and password reset. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Duration: The confirmation and reset code can be used for 15 minutes, and the login session can be used for up to 8 hours. We manage the account data until the account exists or until the deletion request is fulfilled.
Security: The system stores the password in unreadable form. Normal registration does not grant administrative privileges.

4. Technical and safety data

When serving requests, the hosting and web server may record technical log data, such as IP address, time, requested route, response code, and browser ID, in order to operate, debug, and protect the service. Our legal basis is a legitimate interest according to Article 6 (1) point f) of the GDPR.

Cookies and browser storage

The BBAILogic account and admin interface use only cookies required for a secure login session, valid for up to 8 hours. These cookies do not require consent. We store your privacy choice in local browser storage for up to 180 days.

AdsForYou measurement of visits, banner impressions, and clicks starts only after you select “Accept”. Once accepted, the system may store a visitor identifier for up to 1 year, a journey identifier for 30 days, a visit identifier for up to 30 minutes, and an entry identifier for the current browsing session in a cookie, local storage, or session storage. The purpose is to aggregate website visits, banner impressions, and clicks. The legal basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Rejecting measurement does not limit use of the central website. You can change your choice at any time using the “Privacy” button at the bottom of the page. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

5. Data processors and recipients

Storage space

Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Its task is to ensure the infrastructure of the server and the website.

Email service

Namecheap, Inc. / Private Email, 4600 East Washington Street, Suite 300, Phoenix, AZ 85034, USA. When sending registration, password reset and response messages, the e-mail address and the content of the letter are sent to the service provider. The service provider may also manage data outside the EU, based on its own data protection conditions and adequate data transfer guarantees.

Banner display

The external banner strips are served by a separate system of AdsForYou. When loading banners and clicking on ads, technical identifiers and event data may be added to the banner service. BBAILogic's central website and account system operate separately from it.

6. Rights of the data subject

You can request information and access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, and depending on the legal basis, you can object to data processing. It's your request info@bbailogic.shop you can send it to As a general rule, we will respond within one month.
